Today I’m sharing another recent favorite romper of mine – this one from my boutique Morning LavenderMorning Lavender Lace Romper. Rompers are a pain for us girls to use the bathroom but I swear they are so comfy and cute – it makes up for it! A sad story (kind of) about my shoes – recently on our flight from Boston->NYC, we noticed upon landing in NYC that someone had broken the lock on our checked in suitcase. It was not TSA because they would not have to break the lock and because they usually leave a note if they had searched our bag. Our bag looked like it had been rummaged through but at first inspection, it looked as if nothing had been stolen. A couple of days later while in NYC, I was looking for my favorite mules (pictured below) and noticed they were nowhere to be found! Someone had stolen my mules that were sold out on Nordstrom and Dillards! And they were size 5 – who steals size 5 shoes?! I’m fortunate they weren’t my favorite pair of bow shoes, but still just the thought of someone violating your stuff sucks. I went on a frantic search online and actually found them on sale at Nordstrom Rack! So I bought 2 new pairs (size 6) but they are just a teeny bit too big. So that’s my shoe story and moral of the story? Don’t steal people!

I inquired about petite sizes from morninglavender and was told that you all only carry standard sizes. The items you wear, are they altered or do they fit as is?
I love the romper, such a pretty piece!

A really beautiful romper which is unique with the bow belt. Sorry that your shoes got stolen, moreover in a checked-in suitcase! I always hated it when the TSA opens my luggage so I can’t imagine how furious you must be. But glad you found some replacements!
