Now that the weather is warmer and the days are longer, you will find me in more color and more maxis! It’s no secret I love maxi dresses. I use to think I was too short to wear maxi dresses and the thought of having to alter the length in maxi dresses proved too frustrating. In recent years, I started to pay more attention to the details in maxi dresses – the differences in lengths, materials, patterns and fit. I learned that with the right maxi, you can actually look taller! I recently curated this gorgeous, colorful maxi dress for Morning Lavender and I fell in love with the bold, beautiful pattern and colors. But what I also love is how the adjustable sphagetti straps and waist tie make it easy for any gal to wear – whether you or taller, need waist definition or petite like me. The vertical stripes in the pattern also play a part in adding the illusion of height which I so desperately need ;). I loved wearing this dress this past weekend in Palm Springs – it’s the perfect maxi for the perfect time of the year!
