LACE + MAXI

Here’s my final look with the pretty Morning Lavender two piece lace set. I just HAD to post one of my favorite ways to wear a crop top – paired with a maxi skirt! I love how this combination is so flattering – especially for petite gals like me. I get asked pretty often about this yellow skirt, which sold out on ASOS quickly. Well after searching over a year for an equivalent beauty, I have finally found it!!!!! And when I found it, I just knew I had to offer it on my boutique, Morning Lavender! This skirt is actually much fuller than my ASOS skirt and has more of a chartreuse tint to it. I had to get the waist taken in a tad bit so I could wear it higher on my waist (again to add some height illusion =)). But because I wear my skirts higher on the waist, I didn’t have to get the length altered (I’m also wearing 4 inch heels in these photos)! We shot this on a super windy day in Los Angeles so I had that perfect skirt wind wherever I walked! My hair didn’t fair as well with the wind – oh well! I hope you will enjoy this skirt as much as I do!
