Hi folks!!!! First of all, Jason & I want to THANK YOU for all your thoughtful messages regarding my last post. The past 3 weeks have not been easy but I’m finally starting to feel like myself again. I am now off my IVF hormones and finally not feeling bloated all of the time. My spirit and confidence are coming back and I’m starting to feel more comfortable dressing cute and sharing some #OOTD with you all. The weather has also been super warm lately so I’m busting out my favorite items to wear for Spring – jumpsuits and rompers. Seriously I have an obsession with these adult size onesies – I probably have enough to wear one every day of the month! This new one from my boutique – Morning Lavender is my new favorite jumpsuit because (1) I’m a sucker for anything yellow and (2) because it has the most adorable bow in the back! Not to mention how comfortable this jumpsuit is – I feel like I’m wearing really chic pajamas! And yes these images were photographed by the hubs outside Morning Lavender Cafe because that’s where we spend all of our time now!
Gingham is trending right now for Spring and I just love this playful, picnic print! I found this lovely print in this fun jumpsuit from ASOS with its adorable cold shoulder bows. What are some of your favorite Spring trends right now? I’d love to hear in the comments section below and add them into future styling posts!
A good fitting black jumpsuit is something I think every career gal should have in their work wardrobe. It is such a versatile and easy-to-wear piece that can we dressed simply (as seen here) or dressed up with more accessories, a fitted blazer and other fashionable items. I am especially fond of this jumpsuit from Ann Taylor because (1) it fits my petite frame nicely and (2) who doesn’t love the ruffled sleeve trend happening right now?! Unfortunately this jumpsuit sold out by the time I shared this look (speed up your shipping please Ann Taylor) but they do have some other cute options including this cute jumpsuit on sale plus an additional 40% off! I have also linked a few other great black jumpsuits from some of my other favorite retailers below.
I just love how comfy and chic off-the-shoulder culotte jumpsuit is! It’s perfect for traveling because it’s lightweight and you can dress it up or down. I wore my mules for a bit but switched out to cute tortoise sandals when we walked around a bit more. I love hanging out by the Seine River in Paris. The light was just magical towards sunset and we just sat by the river and enjoyed the beautiful weather and ambiance.
I hope you are enjoying all of our travel posts! More on the way!
Another secret I have found for looking taller is the jumpsuit. Wearing the same color head to toe will lengthen your frame and having a jumpsuit with the right proportions like this one from ASOS just makes everything look better. To top it all off, I have a very talented hubby who makes me look way cooler and better than I really am in these photos.
