I don’t have resolutions. I have goals and one of my goals for 2017 is to workout more consistently. It’s not about losing weight or looking good but really about being healthy. I realize I’ll never have the perfect body but as I’m getting older, I’m seeing the long term effects of how you treat your body. I’ve cut out a lot of my bad habits (soda, coffee, processed snacks) and focus on being healthier and feeling better. I love that Reebok is promoting the journey of self improvement and they designed this gorgeous collection to keep you motivated and stylish!
As you all know by now, I’ve been spending a lot of time lately in the amazing city of San Francisco as we get our Morning Lavender SF Boutique off the ground! Being a #girlboss has consumed my life but I’m trying to develop some better daily habits in the midst of the work and commuting between Orange County and San Francisco. One of my goals has been to get back into some sort of workout routine – it has honestly been 3 years (our wedding) since I’ve really worked out. It’s been so long that my husband recently made fun of my outdated workout clothes – I’m almost embarrassed to say how long it’s been since I’ve bought new workout clothes! So when I got these stylish goodies from Reebok in the mail, I knew it was a sign to get active again! Who knew workout clothes could be so stylish and comfortable at the same time – I’m obsessed with this strappy workout top and these comfy shoes that I’ve been wearing everywhere in the city! While at the shop, I see so many active women come into our store before and after their workouts on Union St and it is so inspiring to see how they accommodate fitness into their busy lives. After a long hiatus, I’m going to get ahead of those New Year resolutions and aspire to start now, especially before I indulge in all of the yummy holiday food!
