I love how versatile and comfy this off the shoulder romper is! It’s such a simple look that can be dressed down or up. I added a cute belt and some of my favorite accessories to pull this simple look together. With the dark denim wash, this romper is a great transition from Summer to Fall.
I shared a neutral Valentine’s look and a romantic black lace skirt, and here’s my last Valentine’s inspired look with a pretty pop of red! I love the gorgeous red color and detailing of this lovely long sleeve lace romper! It’s a great, flirty date night look that’s comfortable and sexy at the same time! Hope you enjoyed all of my Valentine’s Day looks this year and whether you have plans or celebrating being single this year, it’s always fun to get a little dressed and dolled up, don’t you think?! =)
This romper is a size Small and the torso does run a bit short so it fits more like an XS, which is perfect for me! I would recommend ordering a size up!
I can’t believe Christmas is already next week! And that means NYE is just around the corner! If you are looking for a fun holiday look, I love this romper from Morning Lavender with it’s pretty shimmery, gold color and fun, flowy shape! As you know I love wearing rompers (as yes the comforts of a romper outweighs the bathroom inconveniences in my opinion), so when I find a romper that works well for evening looks, I have to have it! I might even add black tights, booties and change to a leather jacket like this favorite leather jacket from Nordstrom to edge up the look even more. The husband and I don’t really have any crazy party plans this year but who knows?! All I know is that it has been an amazing, crazy, busy year so far and I am not quite ready to say goodbye yet!
It’s true – I love lace and I love rompers. So naturally I had to curate this sexy black romper for my boutique, Morning Lavender! When I go out at night these days (which is hardly ever), I try to be comfortable and chic at the same time! I love the sexy lace detailing on the sleeves and black and the cute ruffles on the bottom trim. I paired it with some “edgier” accessories like black booties and leopard clutch to give it more of a “night-out” look. I was super comfy all night, except for when I had to go to the restroom (you ladies who wear rompers know what I’m talking about).
Wishing everyone a great, safe weekend, especially those going to Coachella!
Hi everyone! Sorry for the slow blogging as of late! Between prepping of our HOLIDAY POP-UP SHOP and preparing for our big Asia trip in a few weeks – I have found little time to work on blog posts, not to mention even looking cute! I bought this adorable lace romper from ASOS recently and thankfully for us SoCalifornians, we can still wear it this time of the year. I paired it with a snuggly, elegant wool cardigan from Morning Lavender to add some texture and dimension to the look. I have so many more looks to share and hopefully I can get it all ready soon for y’all! Thanks for the support and I hope to see you at the Morning Lavender HOLIDAY POP-UP SHOP on November 15 & 16 in Fullerton, CA!
Hello everyone! I hope y’all had a great weekend! This weekend I will be in Vegas for the MAGIC tradeshow representing Morning Lavender. I love traveling and usually when I do, I pack rompers and maxi dresses because they are quite versatile and easy to wear. So I thought it would be fitting to start the week off with this pretty pastel look I put together! I am wearing one of my current favorite rompers from Morning Lavender. I love this one because of the sleeves and the length of it is actually longer than most rompers (not that I really need the extra length) – these features make the romper more sophisticated and dressy so I can wear it to a lunch meeting or an event.
I can’t go a week without buying a new romper, especially when it comes in such a beautiful color like this one from SHOPBOP! It’s such a simple romper but the pop of color really makes it extra stylish. I added some gold and leopard details to complete the look.
Oh summer how I love thee… Summer is the perfect time for me to wear some of my favorite things: rompers and hats. I love rompers because they can be comfortable and stylish at the same time (can we say adult onesies?!) and I love hats because they make you feel so darn cool. I am slightly obsessed with the print and fit of this strapless tropic romper from Topshop. I wore it with my favorite new wedges from Toms and I’m pretty much in the exact type of outfit you can find in me all summer. I also took these photos outside my new favorite local eatery spot – the Anaheim Packing House. You should definitely check it out if you live in Southern California!
Greetings from Austin, Texas everyone! The hubs and I are here for a work cation (meaning the hubs is working and I’m vacationing ;)). And when I say vacationing, I really mean eating everything I can possibly fit into my stomach! The husband went to college at the University of Texas, Austin so this city has a special place in his heart. I have to admit I love the vibe of this fun city and there are definitely a lot of cool places to see and delicious food to eat. Here are some of our most memorable meals in Austin so far:
(left to right, CW: (1) John Mueller Meat Co – the brisket was delicious (2) Qui – shareable plates, get the toast and short rib (3) Dolce Neve – yes those are gelato bars..hmmm… (4) Mettle – the cauliflower and steak tartar were my favorites)
Now for some fashion! For traveling in the spring/summer time, one of my must pack items is a comfortable romper. It’s great because it doesn’t take up a lot of luggage space and also because you can dress it up or down. Just add the right accessories to your romper and you can easily change up the look. I’m a big advocate of dressing appropriately for your environment.
I have a slight obsession with rompers, especially in the spring and summertime. This drapey romper from Urban Outfitters just makes me feel sexy and lazy at the same time. I just want to lounge around in it’s soft material but at the same time go running through a field of flowers. It’s the perfect spring romper and I have never been so ready for warm weather, luckily we get quite a bit of it in SoCal =P.
And no I don’t usually look like this when I’m hanging out at home lol…I wish or the hubby wishes =).
