ATX STYLE

Greetings from Austin, Texas everyone! The hubs and I are here for a work cation (meaning the hubs is working and I’m vacationing ;)). And when I say vacationing, I really mean eating everything I can possibly fit into my stomach! The husband went to college at the University of Texas, Austin so this city has a special place in his heart. I have to admit I love the vibe of this fun city and there are definitely a lot of cool places to see and delicious food to eat. Here are some of our most memorable meals in Austin so far:

austin food, austin restaurants, travel guide, texas travel guide, lace and locks, qui restaurant, dolce neve, mettle restaurant, john mueller bbq
(left to right, CW: (1) John Mueller Meat Co – the brisket was delicious (2) Qui – shareable plates, get the toast and short rib (3) Dolce Neve – yes those are gelato bars..hmmm… (4) Mettle – the cauliflower and steak tartar were my favorites)

You can check out my foodie/photography instagram to see all of the things/food we have been indulging in!

Now for some fashion! For traveling in the spring/summer time, one of my must pack items is a comfortable romper. It’s great because it doesn’t take up a lot of luggage space and also because you can dress it up or down. Just add the right accessories to your romper and you can easily change up the look. I’m a big advocate of dressing appropriately for your environment.

I am huge fan of your style. I am a petite blogger. I blog about petite fashion and I am also founder of Petite Fashion Week. You are such an inspiration to petite girls like us. I loved the white maxi dress you wore. I was always scared of wearing maxi dress but now I am going to go and buy one. Thanks to you. Quick question do you need to alter maxi dress? I never find my size length wise. 🙁
